Herstellung aus regionalem Getreide aus letzter Ernte durch die Rätze-Mühle, einer der ältesten Mühlen Sachsens (seit 1772)

Dinkeldunst ist ein doppelgriffiges Mehl, welches sich aufgrund seiner hohen Wasseraufnahme besonders für Gebäcke, Spätzle, böhmische Knödel oder frische Pasta eignet.
Das Mehl klebt gut, bringt mehr Volumen und eine bessere Krustenbildung.
Der Dinkel stammt aus den Anbauflächen rund um die Rätze-Mühle und somit ist der Anbau und die Herstellung 100% regional und natürlich

Für die Verarbeitung wurden keine chemischen Zusatzstoffe verwendet. Dies ist auch deutlich am Geschmack erkennbar.
