Falsch bestellte Ware kann innerhalb von 14 Tagen an ORAC zurückgesendet werden. Den Transport regelt der Kunde selbständig. Auf Wunsch organisieren wir die Rücksendung für Sie gegen eine Transportpauschale von €30 pro Paket.  

Bei einwandfreier Retoure erfolgt eine 100% Gutschrift. Erfolgt der Umtausch später als 14 Tage nach Auftragseingang kann die Ware ebenfalls retourniert werden. Jedoch erfolgt dann eine Gutschrift in Höhe von 75% des Warenwertes mit einem Mindestbetrag in Höhe von €25. Bei berechtigten Reklamationen (Qualitätsmängel, Transportschäden etc.) muss die Retoure innerhalb von 14 Tagen gemeldet werden. Die Ware wird zu 100% gutgeschrieben.
