Ein Produkt ergänzt das Feinkost-Angebot um eine flexible Komponente für Küche und Gastronomie. Elastic ist sicherlich die elastischste Weichgelatine auf dem Markt. Es besteht unter anderem aus Carregenato (Algenart) und Gummi (Johannisbrot) sowie Maltodextrin. Diese beiden Elemente ermöglichen es uns, ein vollständig transparentes und elastisches Gel zu erhalten. Um mit dieser Gelatine zu arbeiten, ist es wichtig, dass wir sie bei Raumtemperatur mischen und dann auf eine Mindesttemperatur von 65 ° C erwärmen (besser sieden), damit sie hydratisiert und geliert. Sobald alles geliert ist, entsteht ein elastischer Stoff, der gedehnt und manipuliert werden kann, sogar um Oberflächen zu bedecken. Es wird empfohlen, keine stark sauren Medien zu verwenden, da diese zum Brechen neigen und nicht gerinnen. Sobald es geliert ist, sollte es gekühlt werden, damit die Struktur stabil bleibt. Stabil beim Gefrieren. perfekt, um Gele in Gebäck und Restauration mit elastischer Wirkung herzustellen.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by these shirts and wear them weekly for Zoom calls, since I’m still working from home these days. The difference between polyester vs recycled polyester is inconsequential. I typically buy expensive golf shirts, and these definitely aren’t as nice. They are a fraction of the cost though and a great “beater” work shirt / hang out shirt. It’s nice wearing something that looks and feels decent, but if something happens to it, you can toss and it and pick up another for the cost of a chipotle burrito.
