- 100% Natur- Wir meiden jegliche chemische Behandlung unserer Produkte und veredeln die Eigenschaften von Kirschholz ausschließlich durch die Anwendung thermischer Modifizierung (TMT), pflanzlicher Öle und Wachse.
- Antiseptische Wirkung- Kirschholz wirkt auf natürliche Art und Weise mild keimtötend und desinfizierend.
WARUM KIRSCHHOLZ?
Wir werden oft gefragt warum wir ausgerechnet teures Kirschholz verarbeiten. Die Gründe dafür liegen auf der Hand:
- Walnuss und andere Nusshölzer können im Allgemeinen zu allergischen Reaktionen führen
- Akazie kann leider leicht giftig sein womit sich nicht für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln eignet.
- Buche & Eiche splittern. Gefährlich für Kinder!
- Nadelhölzer sind zu weich. Unser schmales und stromlinienförmiges Design wäre deshalb nicht möglich.
- Mit Olivenholz gekochte Lebensmittel führen gelegentlich zu körperlichem Unwohlsein.
- Bambus stammt meistens aus Dritte-Welt Ländern und bedarf eines langen Transports. Dies führt wiederum zu hohen CO2 Ausstößen und trägt zur globalen Erwärmung bei.
- Außerdem werden exotische Hölzer nicht selten chemisch gegen Fäule und Salzwasserwirkung vorbehandelt.
Wir haben uns dazu entschlossen die Risiken für unsere Kunden möglichst zu minimieren und den Nutzen durch die Nutzung ausgesuchter Hölzer zu maximieren.
Unser Reis-Portionierer aus Kirschholz ist ein echtes Leichtgewicht! Die mit Naturwachs polierten 55g (Maximum) vereinen die antiseptische Wirkung eines widerstandsfähigen Küchenhelfers, der ausschließlich in Castrop-Rauxel (Deutschland) verarbeitet wurde.
Um dem Schutz von Natur und Gesundheit mehr Ausdruck zu verleihen, wird dieser Reis-Portionierer liebevoll mit so wenig Verpackung wie möglich versendet.

DAS HERSTELLUNGSVERFAHREN
Unsere Produkt durchläuft einen sorgfältigen und präzisen Schnitz- und Schleifprozess, gefolgt von unserem geheimen Finish-Verfahren, welches das unbehandelte Holz hin zur gleichmäßigen Versiegelung der Holzporen führt. Ganz ohne Chemie - 100% Natur.
- Nutzung von High-End CNC Frästechnologie zur Freilegung der grundlegenden Struktur und damit zur Herstellung von Rohlingen.
- Gründliches und intensives manuelles Nachschnitzen und Schleifen des Rohlings von Hand.
- Zu guter Letzt durchläuft unser Produkt spezielle Thermische Behandlung mit abschließender Naturwachs-Politur nach Familientradition.

Pflege und Inhaltsstoffe
Pflege:
- Einfach zu säubern und zu erhalten - Die Basewood Küchenhelfer lassen sich kinderleicht mit etwas Spülmittel abwaschen. Anschließend mit einem Tuch abtrocknen .
- Vermeiden Sie Geschirrspülmaschinen. Geschirrspültabs beinhalten chemische Stoffe die für den Menschen giftig sind und während des Spülvorgangs im Holz aufgesaugt werden. Außerdem zerstören sie allmählich die Holzfaser und beschädigen somit das Produkt
Inhaltsstoffe:
- Liebe zum Handwerk
- Kirschholz
- Pflanzenöle aus der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Carnaubawachs als Überzug. Es ist ein natürliches Trenn- und Überzugsmittel für z. B. Kaugummis oder mit Schokolade überzogene Kekse und sonstigen Genuss- und Lebensmitteln (Lebensmittelzusatzstoff E 903) - Es ist das härteste bekannte natürliche Wachs. Es ist unverdaulich und wird bei Verzehr (auch durch Tiere) auf natürlichem Wege wieder ausgeschieden. Es gilt als gesundheitlich unbedenklich und frei von Duftstoffen.

Great illustrations but not sure about the story
Format: Board book
My toddler is obsessed with all things fish, so when she picked out The Rainbow Fish from Amazon search. The illustrations are gorgeous, and my daughter is mesmerized by the sparkly, foil-like scales on the fish. She keeps pointing at them every time we read it, and it’s become a bedtime favorite just for the shiny colors!
One thing I found a little odd is the story: the Rainbow Fish gives away all her beautiful scales to make friends. It’s a sweet message about sharing, but as a parent I admit it made me scratch my head a bit (I wasn’t sure if my toddler really gets why the fish parts with all her sparkles). Still, it’s a friendly tale and we enjoy reading it together.

A Timeless Classic That Nourishes the Mind!

Where to even begin with Eric Carle's "The Very Hungry Caterpillar"? This book has been a cornerstone of childhood for countless kids—and with good reason!
First and foremost, the visual elements are stunning. Eric Carle’s unique collage technique brings the story to life in a way that instantly captures the attention of both young and older readers. His choice of bold, vibrant colors is just like eye-candy for the young ones.

A classic must have

A Timeless Classic That Never Gets Old

The Very Hungry Caterpillar is such a sweet, beautifully illustrated book. The simple story, bright colors, and fun cut-out pages keep little ones completely engaged. It’s perfect for teaching counting, days of the week, and healthy eating in a way that feels playful and memorable.
