Aminosäuren sind wichtig für den menschlichen Organismus. Ihr hoher Stickstoffgehalt ist entscheidend für die Steuerung des Stoffwechsels.
Die Kombination von Arginin und Citrullin im Verhältnis 50:50 ist ideal, da Citrullin im Körper zeitverzögert zu Arginin umgewandelt wird. Dadurch verlängert sich die Wirkungsdauer von Arginin erheblich.

L-ARGININ & L-CITRULLIN von CROSSVITAL®:
- hergestellt aus L-Arginin Base (vegan) und Citrullin Malat (vegan).
- DOSIERUNG: einen gehäuften Messlöffel (5g Pulver) in 200ml Wasser einrühren, bis sich das Pulver komplett gelöst hat. Eine Portion ca. 30 Minuten vor dem Training einnehmen.
- VERZEHRSEMPFEHLUNG: Dieses Produkt ist für Erwachsene gedacht, die Kraft- oder Ausdauersport ausüben. Nicht geeignet für Kinder, Schwangere, Stillende und Personen, die einen Herzinfarkt erlitten haben.
