They support Qi and Shen energies and are most often used in combination with other herbs. The jujube, with over 400 varieties, originated in China where they have been cultivated for more than 4000 years. Folklore says "Three dates a day keeps wrinkles away."
Use as a sweet-tart, app;e flavoured snack. Add to tea or soup and gently simmer for a few minutes. Use in meat and grain dishes.

Nice Glow Just Sticky

I was really excited to try this body glow oil, especially since it has SPF 45, getting sun protection and a bronzed shimmer all in one sounded perfect. The color is beautiful and gives a nice glow without looking too glittery, which I appreciate. However, it does feel a bit sticky right after application. I ended up lightly dusting some setting powder over it, which helped a lot to take down the tackiness and make it feel more comfortable throughout the day. Just a heads-up: you don’t need a lot of product, start with a small amount and build up if needed. It absorbs fairly quickly but still leaves that dewy finish, so it might not be ideal if you’re not into that slightly glossy feel. Overall, though, I really like the effect, especially for photos or a night out. Just takes a little trial and error to get it to work how you want!
