The slow and controlled aging process occurs mainly in tanks without sulfur, and the wine is bottled without sulfur. The Daulhiac couple aims to produce a concentrated and round cuvée, with pleasant freshness and a slightly chalky texture, achieving harmony between black fruit aromas and finely spiced notes.

Lou Payral" is a red wine cuvée from Château Le Payral in IGP Périgord. The harvest is done manually and the grapes are vinified in indigenous yeasts without sulfur. The objective of the Daulhiac couple is to produce a cuvée that is at once concentrated is round in the mouth, underlined by a pleasant freshness and a slightly chalky texture.
