The Tako-Hiki is a Kanto-style sashimi knife designed for clean draw cuts using its straight edge. It appears to have been used very little and comes with its original box. Please allow for minor sharpening marks.

This single-edged Hagane steel knife offers delicate cutting performance. Its straight blade profile is well suited for preparing sashimi in traditional sushi cuisine.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engravings "奈良丸十" (Naramaruju) and "謹製" (Carefully Made). The marking "橋本" (Hashimoto) is also present, and the handle has a branded stamp.
