With delicious aromas of fresh strawberry and pink grapefruit, the palate displays flavours of watermelon, pear and subtle nuances of raspberry leaf. Perfectly balanced with fine acidity and great persistence. This wine is perfect for drinking now or best consumed within the next two years.

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grape varieties sourced from selected vineyard sites capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity.

Grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. They then spent just a few hours on skins to extract the delicate amount of light strawberry colour seen in the bottle, then carefully pressed.  After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.

Food Pairing: Ideal served chilled on a warm summer’s day with an antipasto platter.
