Discover Yourself Through Creative Expression
This private Zoom class is a unique art therapy and self-discovery workshop. Inspired by my book Look at Yourself in the Air, you will choose a number (1–30) and receive a positive reflection quote. From this, we create a short personal story together and transform it into abstract art using color, shape, or collage.

Unlike traditional art classes, this experience is not about “perfect” technique — it’s about using art as a tool for healing, mindfulness, and reflection.

• 1-on-1 private art therapy session online (2 hours via Zoom).

• Guided storytelling from your chosen Ghobbuls card quote.

• Abstract art creation with your own materials (markers, pencils, watercolors, collage).

• A safe, supportive space for creative reflection and personal growth.
