PLEASE NOTE THESE COLLARS ARE 1" WIDE SO NOT SUITABLE FOR TOY/SMALL BREEDS. We do have this collar in a mini version that is suitable for these breeds which you can find here.
Collars are fully adjustable up and down in size to insure a perfect fit.
