Topics include tasting techniques, viticulture and vinification, wine law and the factors impacting the principal wine-producing countries of the world.
Studying at Plumpton College gives students the unique opportunity to experience practical sessions at our commercial winery and vineyards, including a newly established vineyard, as part of their studies.
Students are invited to sit the WSET® examination in person at the end of the course.
Entry Requirements
A pass at the WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines Certificate.
Duration
1 session a week for 14 weeks (plus a day for the exam) OR intensive 6 day course (exam on the final day)
