For the same product number, size, and color, the waist measurements differ between the Super Bikiniss, Braga Bikiniss, and Thong styles. Additionally, the height of the waistband varies.
While it would be easy to standardize the measurements purely for visual uniformity, a tighter waistband restricts blood flow and compresses nerves, making it painful and uncomfortable to wear all day-akin to a person who wears size L forcing themselves into XXS.
