WARRANTY
Site Shades offers a 12-month warranty on all manufacturer defects. Site Shades will replace the originally purchased shade for any manufacturer defect. If the product shows any sign of abuse such as being cut, ripped or altered the shade will not be warrantied. All items originally shipped and copy of proof of purchase must be included in the return.
Once Site Shades receives the return, the product shall be inspected and approved. Once approved, the new shade will be shipped or refunds will then be issued. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs within the United States, unless otherwise agreed upon.
