The ash urn is fashioned out of type-304, 18-8 alloy, 22-gauge stainless steel. The ash trough included in the unit has a pushdown trigger for disposal that functions via a spring-loaded stainless steel piano hinge. A similar hinge attaches the service door to the cabinet, and a keyed tumbler lock secures the door to prevent tampering and vandalism.
