This little beauty shows the lighter side of McLaren Vale shiraz. Fruit from the East Block are thinned to 3 tonne/acre- this is fermented with a high proportion of whole berries. Winemakers also blend in a shiraz/fiano co-ferment component to bring some aromatic lift and freshness to the palate.
