Orlanda is a mother of two boys living in Sydney, Australia. With a degree in psychology and over a decade of experience as a primary school teacher, she is passionate about promoting children's mental health and wellbeing. Her background uniquely combines academic knowledge with practical classroom experience. Orlanda's work has also been profoundly influenced by her own personal journey with anxiety and depression, giving her valuable firsthand insights into mental health management strategies that truly work. This personal experience adds depth and authenticity to her books.
