Original Titanium Material
- Sourcing raw materials allows Tomei to significantly improve quality whilst also keeping the price low. In addition, having complete control over the raw materials and manufacturing process is what allows Tomei to produce high quality products at an affordable price.
4 Piece Assembly
- The mid section is connected using springs and clamps rather than conventional flanges. The flexibility of the joint springs helps prevent cracks from vibrations. Whilst these springs provide a secure connection between each section, the clamp bands and slits on the pipe ends offer additional reassurance when installing.
Silencer
- The 152mm silencer casing is made with exhaust efficiency in mind. Each unit is embossed with our logo then polished and heat treated for our signature look. The all titanium 1mm thick inner tube features 3 perforations spaced 5mm apart to achieve an open area ratio of 32.6%. Using titanium maximizes weight reduction and durability whilst also providing that distinct racing sound. Long Fiber glass wool is used in all Tomei silencers. Compared to short fiber glass wool, longer fibers are much more resilient to wear especially against prolonged high temperatures / pressure conditions.
Flange
- Although conventional pressed flanges are lighter, Tomei flanges are cut from 8mm thick titanium, making them more resistant to cracking and warping. In addition, the opening diameter is kept the same as stock to ensure a secure seal.

I really like these filters. This is the brand I try to use, unless they're unavailable. Fast shipping and a great product. Easy to install. Great value for the money. Not driving it is the only thing that helps the gas mileage.
Shipped by Amazon. Box damaged during shipping. The air filter was placed in the bottom of the box and 5 lbs of honey, 1 case (12 cans) of sardines and another item were placed on top of the air filter inside the box. The 5 lbs of honey is in a plastic 1/2 gallon bottle with bubble wrap tapped around the lid/cap.
All items ship from Amazon. There was NO padding or filler in the box. Fortunately, none of the 4 items were not damaged or covered in honey. This has become a very serious issue with Amazon orders. This isn't the 1st time I've received my order and the box was as about to come apart. If I have to return something to Amazon, it's about a 75 mile round trip to the nearest UPS store.

My 2004 Ram baby deserves the best especially when it’s like 5 bucks more for a good quality air filter that’s gonna be on the truck for 30/40 k miles. Don’t replace every 15K, that’s quick lube sales talk.. only if you live in a dust bowl.
