ALUKAP-XR Endstop Bars were designed to combat issues found when glazing installing glass and polycarbonate glazing panels. Serving as a drip trim, Endstop Bars will not fall off, crack, warp or discolour so your glazing will not be damaged. Endstop Bars come in both brown and white. Each width of Endstop Bar (10mm, 16mm, 25mm, 35mm, 78mm) can be purchased in a range of lengths from 3m to 4.8m.

ALUKAP-XR is a weather-resistant glazing bar system from Clear Amber that sits atop rafters for a clean, attractive finish. The sturdy and durable system comes in a range of profiles and finishes, in both white and brown so you can match the rest of your building or surroundings with ease. Compatible with timber rafters, the fixings for ALUKAP-XR are concealed and made from aluminium like the rest of the system so youre assured quality and neat installation. Decorative finishing castings are also available so you can bring even more style to your system.

I wanted to love the Spigen TapLock—its sleek design and promise of a secure, easy-to-use latch mechanism had me hopeful. At first, it felt solid, and the concept of a spin-to-lock system was clever. But after just a few weeks, the latch mechanism started failing. It wouldn’t adhere properly anymore, and the spin-to-lock feature became completely non-functional—no amount of spinning tightens the lock. Fixing it? Near impossible. The design buries the mechanism in a way that makes repairs a nightmare, and there’s no clear way to realign or replace parts without breaking it further. It’s a shame because the build quality isn’t terrible otherwise, but this critical flaw tanks it. One star—looks good, works briefly, then betrays you. The charge speed is pretty good.
