Fully bolt-on means that there is no cutting or welding required to install the Stealth Fighter front bumper. This design keeps the factory fog lights and comes with optional sensor cutouts to retain your factory parking sensors. Needs modification to work correctly.

It is okay, but the brushes fall through the holes' making them hard to retrieve. The only way to get them out of the holder is to pull up on the bristles or push the handle from the bottom. Both don't work well. My solution is simple, just install a "stop" below the holes. My solution is ugly but works. It took me about 15 minutes to modify.
