Built for busy pizzerias, this prep table keeps ingredients cold, organized, and within reach while giving you a durable stainless steel work surface in a compact 47-1/2-inch footprint.
- One-section refrigerated pizza prep table with 12 cu. ft. capacity.
- Self-contained, side-mounted capillary tube refrigeration with electronic LED temperature control.
- Maintains a 33°F to 41°F temperature range for safe ingredient holding.
- Includes 6 clear Lexan 1/3-size pans, a 17-3/4-inch cutting board, and one shelf.
- Stainless steel top, front, and sides with a white ABS interior and stainless steel floor.
- Solid self-closing door stays open at 90 degrees for easier loading and cleaning.
- Supplied with four 3-inch casters, including two locking casters.
- Uses R290 refrigerant, draws 5.0 amps, and plugs into a NEMA 5-15P outlet.
