The rock canon has many anti-heroes, Black Mountain being the latest. In the past, Can's Tago Mago established that the only rule in rock and roll is that there are no rules. Pink Floyd's prodigious output in the '70s showed us that architecture can be cool, while unskilled laborers Black Sabbath demonstrated you can make a lot from not that much. Now Black Mountain teach us that you don't have to be afraid of the past to move bravely into the future, defining what it is to be a classic rock band in the new millennium. IV is their Houses of the Holy, an unapologetically ambitious record made by a group of musicians who are at the peak of their powers. The group's sense of rediscovery as a creative whole is tangible throughout. Stephen McBean, Jeremy Schmidt, Amber Webber, and Joshua Wells were joined in the studio by spiritually attuned bassist and veteran purveyor of the riff, Arjan Miranda (formerly of S.T.R.E.E.T.S, Children, and The Family Band) whose roots, heart, and soul are connected to the same soil and cement that Black Mountain were borne from. Recording was primarily done in close collaboration with producer Randall Dunn (Sunn O))), Wolves In The Throne Room, Marissa Nadler) at his trusted Avast! Facility in Seattle.

Pretty little shelves that work well
These shelves are made with real wood and are great quality. The scalloped edges are so pretty and they were easy to install with the tool kit provided. I can fit a good amount of books and some small toys if I want to. These shelves function well for their intended purpose. The instructions were simple and easy to follow as well.

High-Quality Pine Shelves With Beauty, Strength & Endless Possibilities!
The aroma of real pine wood greeted me immediately, that natural, clean scent you only get from solid wood. The craftsmanship is excellent, with beautiful grain patterns and a smooth scalloped edge that adds both charm and safety.
Although they’re advertised for a nursery, their versatility is what won me over. I’m painting one white to match my kitchen and use it for spices, another in black for my bedroom to display a few of my art pieces, and two will be going into my craft room. They’re sturdy and spacious and look great...the shelf itself is not small it's almost 4 inches wide, that's 4 inches to place what ever you'd like on and a full 24 inches across!
For this price point, you would normally expect particleboard, not premium solid wood. These are built to last, and you can feel the difference instantly. If you're choosing between something inexpensive and something natural and durable, go with the real wood. You’ll be happy you did.

These elegant pine shelves are made from beautiful wood that has an elegantgant finish
Beautiful pine wood and a smooth finish are the hallmark features of the 4 floating shelves with wood hooks.
Although the shelves were designed for a nursery or toddler’s room;?it is going to look beautiful in my bedroom. The scalloped edges give it a touch of elegance. The wooden hangers are perfect for hanging, necklaces or scarves just to name a few items. The shelves are a perfect size to place perfume bottles and/or pictures. Mostly I want to put the many keepsakes items I have that I just never found a good place to display them. This will put many of my keepsakes in one location and it will be easy to see and enjoy them.
I only opened one of the packages for pictures. I’m waiting for them to be installed and I didn’t want to lose any of the small parts.
