- Removable polymer inserts are dishwasher safe up to 212°F for easier sanitation.
- Rated for -40°F to 140°F operating temperatures, with intermittent 212°F cleaning exposure.
- 20-micron deep anodized aluminum construction is lightweight, rust-resistant, and NSF listed; made in France.
