The GoSports SpeedStix are designed for simulating contact drills in mixed martial arts and a variety of sports training drills.The heavy-duty padded guards feature a thick foam core to absorb impact during offensive and defensive drills. The precision sticks feature handles extra grip and comfort for trainers and coaches. The SpeedStix are constructed from composite leather which is tear proof, sweat proof and water proof for maximum durability. With the blocking guards now trainers can practice with athletes without having to over extend in movements and without impacting their shoulders, elbows and back.
