Just add one Third Wave Water Classic Profile stick to 2 litre of distilled or Reverse osmosis water, shake, and use to brew your specialty coffee and that makes approximately 150ppm TDS. A box contains 20 sachets and each sachet makes 2L of water for a total of 40 Litres.

We found that the optimal TDS for brewing light roast coffee is around 75ppm (approximately half the recommended concentration). This means using 1 sachet with 4L of water, bringing the total amount of water up to 80 Litres per box.
