Care
General Maintenance: This plant can be pruned to maintain a tidy form and will also encourage the plant to fill out more evenly. Repotting can be done in the early spring if the plant has become root bound. Propagation is done by seed. Overall, this plant does not have many common issues.Temperature: This plant is not overly picky about temperature and will survive in 10° - 27° Celsius, but prefers the warmer end of that spectrum.
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Direct light will scorch the foliage.
Watering: Keep the soil evenly moist and do not allow it to dry out too much between watering. If the top 1in - 2in of the soil is dry, or the plant is beginning to wilt, it needs to be watered.
Soil: Prefers a slightly acidic, rich, organic soil that is light and drains well.
Fertilizer: Feed once a month with a generic houseplant fertilizer during the growing season.

Great tool for SAT vocab
I usually don't write reviews but this book has impressed me so much that I have to write one! I would like to thank the author for creating such a helpful book for learning SAT vocab words. Grouping the words together, writing sentences for each word, and exercises to practice them are all awesome ways for remembering vocab.

Life changing
Format: Paperback
This book completely blew my mind as it broadened my horizons on the opportunities to be found in real estate investing from the other side of the transaction...as the lender rather than the borrower. I'd always had some ill-defined goals around real estate investing that I never seemed to get around to. I finally decided to push past my malaise and start educating myself in earnest. Around the same time I started land lording for my father's recent purchase of a 4-plex in Panama Central America. And I quickly realized that while I loved the general idea of real estate as a wealth building strategy, I didn't want to deal with tenants in my long-run real estate investing journey. Then I happened across a post about the forthcoming book from Beth and Alex and I immediately got the sense that I had found my future niche. The book did not disappoint. I was so inspired and saw myself in so much of Beth and Alex's stories about how they came upon private money lending and how/why it fits into their lives. I am an expat living abroad and want to be able to run my real estate business from anywhere in the world without having to deal with tenants, toilets, or termites. Feeling fully inspired and mission-aligned with the idea of private money lending, I delved into the nitty gritty. The book provides just the right amount of detail and actionable information without being overwhelming. I'll stop writing so you can go order the book and start reading IT instead of this review. You won't be disappointed...even if you pursue some other aspect of real estate investing you will understand both sides of the lending transaction more holistically and walk away a better investor.
