The imprints in clay were inspired by the macro undulations in landscapes. Nature reminding us that all things we perceive to be still are always evolving beneath the surface, imperceptible until we peer into the past.
Polished to a high sheen, the white brass is transformed into sculptural mirrors, adorning the space to subtly reflect the movement and life of the people in it. One sconce has a small glass mirror set directly into the crater-like opening. When lit, the sconces cast a halo against the wall, inviting intimacy.
