The silicone handles are also pretty unconventional- but even after a while of owning this, I haven't experienced any issues that could suggest it's at all flimsy or could break off at any time. It's very easy to keep my items neat because of this, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Honestly and I MEAN IT, it's a must have ya'll 😩
