To apply Sugarpill Loose Eyeshadow Pigments, utilize a dense flat brush such as the Bdellium Tools Studio 758 Large Smudge Brush to pack in the color, or even use your fingers to apply! Pro Tip: Loose powders tend to have some fallout when applied. Create your eye look before applying foundation! For more excitement, don't forget to finish your looks with some lashes.
