This reissue features the same JRC4558D IC chip and analog circuitry as the original, maintaining that signature soft-clipping sound. FET electronic switching provides for click-less, pop-free switching. Controls include overdrive, level, and tone controls. It is powered by one 9V battery or an optional 9V AC adapter (Ibanez AC509 sold separately).
