Operational Field Note for Maximum Load Setups:
⚠️ The Center Tilt Lock Guard: When assembling or stripping down a camera package near the 69 kg threshold, always engage the physical Center Tilt Lock lever on the side of the head. Unlike standard friction tilt locks, this is a heavy steel safety pin that mechanically locks the head completely level at 0 degrees. It prevents the payload from suddenly nose-diving forward or snapping backward while you slide the plates or adjust the physical balance.
