All three teas are loose leaf, small-batch, and sourced from independent farmers in Ilam, Nepal.
Easy Brewing for Any Mood
- Hot cup: 1.5–2 tsp (2–3 g) per 8 oz water at 195–205°F, steep 3–4 minutes.
- Iced: Brew double strength, cool completely, then pour over ice.
- Cold brew: 1–2 tbsp in 12 oz cold water; steep 6–8 hours in the fridge, then strain.
- Tip: For milk or lattes, add a bit more leaf instead of over-steeping.
