Looking for Amir Al Oud — an authentic Arabian oud perfume oil? Oud (عود) is the most prized and expensive fragrance ingredient in the world — extracted from agarwood resin and used as the foundation of Arabian luxury perfumery. Amir Al Oud captures this rich, deep, woody-sweet oud character in a convenient 6ml alcohol-free roll-on.

What Is Oud (Agarwood)?

Oud (عود) is resinous wood from the Aquilaria tree — when the tree is infected by a specific mould, it produces a dark, aromatic resin in the heartwood. This resin-saturated wood is one of the most expensive natural materials in the world — genuine oud can cost more than gold by weight. The fragrance is deep, complex, woody, slightly sweet, and unmistakably associated with Arabic culture, Islamic tradition, and Middle Eastern luxury.

Why Oud Is Special in South Indian Muslim Culture

Oud fragrance has a deeply special place in South Indian Muslim communities — particularly in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh. Oud is burned as bakhoor (incense) at marriages, used as personal fragrance for Jumua prayers, Eid celebrations, and special occasions. Madurai's Muslim community has a long tradition of oud use — connecting to centuries of Arab-Tamil cultural exchange through the spice trade.

The Hipster Spies With His Mystic Eye Something That Begins With--The Old West through a fractured lens
Format: Paperback
Set in a strange, Futurist version of the Wild West, female ex-bandit Daisy Kutter is tricked into one last train robbery. But all is not as it seems. It has wry humor, an appealing lead character, a real feel for the West, & fun art. I'll bet my eyeteeth the cartoonist has a shelf full of Lamour Westerns at home. This belongs in an odd little sub-genre called the Weird West, claimed equally by Westerns, Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror, all set in the latter half of America's 19th Century, & west of the Mississippi. I wanna see more of Miss Daisy Kutter. The Hipster gives it a big Thumbs Up!

Good story, strong female lead.
Format: Paperback
Always good to see a powerful story whose protagonist is strong but still human, with dimension and depth... and a woman. Not enough of that in our society, but at least it's here.

Pretty good but...
Format: Paperback
I think this is a VERY good comic book, but ... i don't know... i just do NOT agree with the 5 out of 5 positive reviews. I think: a)Too short. b)I didn't get attached to the characters. c)kind of...something missing. I just won't remember this one in a year ("Solanin" on the other hand) Lately i bought "Preacher" "Y: the last man" "Full metal alchemist" "Batman: the killing joke" "The dark knight returns" "Maus" "The Goon" "fell" "Desolation Jones" "I kill Giants" And ALL of these are MUCH more memorable and interesting than "Daisy Kutter" Though, AGAIN, i think if this was a longer series and had taken time to build a bond between me and the Daisy and other characters it would've been completely different. I like this universe of Daisy's.
