Cultural Significance of the Spiral Across Cultures
The spiral is a powerful symbol found in many cultures around the world, each attributing unique meanings to its form:

Māori Culture: In Māori tradition, the koru (spiral) represents new beginnings, growth, and harmony. Inspired by the unfurling frond of the silver fern, it symbolizes perpetual movement and the interconnectedness of life.

Celtic Culture: The spiral often symbolises the cycles of life, death, and rebirth, representing spiritual growth and eternal life. It is commonly linked to the natural rhythms of the universe, such as the movement of the sun and stars.

Ancient Greece: The spiral was associated with the concept of infinity and the journey of the soul. It was also linked to the Golden Ratio, representing divine proportion and natural beauty.

Native American Traditions: Spirals are seen as representations of journey and transformation, often associated with energy flow, change, and personal evolution.

Hinduism and Buddhism: Spirals are a sacred geometry linked to chakras and energy, representing spiritual awakening and ascension.

Symbolism of the Yew Wood
The yew wood, revered for its connection to endurance, transformation, and protection, complements the koru’s meaning, creating a pendant rich in layers of significance. The union of yew wood and the koru spiral offers a talismanic quality, perfect for those seeking to embody resilience, growth, and balance in their lives.

Yew Wood: Revered across various cultures, yew wood symbolizes longevity, transformation, and protection. Its rich history and deep association with life, death, and rebirth make it a powerful material for those on a spiritual journey. Wearing yew wood can offer grounding energy and a connection to ancient wisdom.
Roimata Shape: In Māori and Polynesian culture, the roimata (teardrop) shape symbolizes tears of joy and sorrow, representing compassion, healing, and emotional balance. This design is often worn as a talisman for emotional strength and spiritual resilience.

Care and Sustainability
Each pendant is treated with linseed oil and a finish of locally sourced beeswax polish to enhance its natural beauty and protect its surface. Crafted from sustainably sourced yew wood, this piece honours the natural world while offering a timeless addition to your jewellery collection.

This paper prints beautifully!
Size: 8.5"*11", Color: 150 sheets
Great sublimation paper. I usually use A Sub but ordered this because it delivered faster, and now this is the paper I’ll be using! It prints wonderfully! The ink release is amazing! There’s hardly any ink left in the paper and my shirts look incredible. The paper is a great weight and doesn’t jam at all. If you’ve been disappointed with your sub print quality, give this paper a try. You won’t be disappointed!

High Transfer, Bright Colors & No Ghosting
Size: 8.5"*14", Color: 150 sheets, Size: 8.5"*14", Color: 150 sheets
This HTVRONT sublimation paper 8.5x14 inch has been excellent for my sublimation projects. The 120gsm weight feels sturdy and feeds smoothly through my inkjet printer without jams or curling. It holds ink well, which helps produce clean, sharp prints before pressing. The transfer results are impressive. Colors come out vibrant and true, with strong detail and no dull or faded areas. I’ve had very little ghosting, and designs transfer evenly onto shirts, mugs, and other sublimation blanks. The claimed high transfer rate really shows in the final results. I also like the larger 8.5x14 size, which gives extra space for bigger designs or multiple smaller prints on one sheet. The paper releases well during pressing, leaving minimal residue and clean edges. Pros: ✔ Bright, vibrant color transfer ✔ Minimal ghosting or smudging ✔ Smooth printer feeding ✔ Great for shirts, mugs, and hard blanks ✔ Good value for the sheet count Cons: – Must be used with sublimation ink – Requires correct heat press settings for best results Overall, this HTVRONT sublimation paper is a reliable choice for anyone doing sublimation printing who wants strong color transfer, crisp detail, and consistent results. Great for both beginners and small business use.
