High quality supplement

My doctor recommended a high quality calcium capsule because I am at risk for osteoporosis. The magnesium enhances calcium absorption and helps with my insomnia. I take one capsule daily along with a diet of mostly whole foods. I am 50 years old and have taken this supplement for several years now and my annual lab tests for calcium are always in the desired range.
