    1. Please unlock the slide lock of Mini P according to the instruction sticker, then unfold the upper half of the gimbal counterclockwise, finally unlock the red pan motor lock to let the pan axis rotate freely.

    Q. Is it compatible with iPhone 13 max pro?
    Yes, the Moza Mini P comes with a phone holder, which can support the iPhone 13 max pro. And the Payload Range of MOZA Mini P is 130~900g, and it is compatible with iPhone 13 max very well.

    Q. My gimbal is not charging. What do I do?
    Make sure you are not using a "fast charger" (for example OPPO, VIVO, OnePlus, Huawei, etc). These fast chargers are not compatible with Mini-P and will cause charging failure. You can use a normal 5V/1A or 5V/2A charger.
    Q. My gimbal will not power on, what do I do?
    1. Confirm the battery is powered off. If it is, use the standard charging cable to charge the gimbal. The indicator light on the front of the handle will turn red when charging.
    2. Try to turn the phone on again after half an hour of charging. If it can be turned on, the battery is powered off.
    3. If there is no light when charging, upgrade the gimbal firmware.
    Upgrade instructions: turn off the gimbal, press the dial center (shooting button) and the power button at the same time to enter the upgrade mode; use the MOZA Master app to connect the mobile phone to upgrade, turn off the gimbal after the upgrade.

    Q. How do I calibrate the Mini-P?
    1. When calibrating, be sure to use the MOZA Master app to connect your gimbal.
    2. Follow the exact instructions provided to place the gimbal when calibrating and do not move the gimbal.
    3. Keep a stable connection with the Bluetooth during calibration.

    Q. What can I do when the gimbal can not rotate 360° in inception mode and the gimbal sleep mode?
    Make sure that the gimbal is well balanced, if you have any questions, please contact our after-sales customer service.

    Q. Which MOZA app should I use?
    1. Use the MOZA Genie app when using the gimbal with a mobile phone.
    2. Use the MOZA Master app when using the gimbal with a camera is installed (this app is required to adjust the stabilizer parameters).
    Q. Does the gimbal support electronic flow focus? (I was guessing at what "it" is referring to - the gimbal or the app?)
    NO, electronic follow focus is not supported
    Q. Does the MOZA Master app support Nikon and Panasonic?

    Wow that light color ring is annoying
    There is no way to turn this color light off. I don't even know why it has to have a light at all. I suppose it is to tell you it has power. But the light could have been something that momentarily turns on and then off as you place the phone on. I'm a DIY'er and I'm going to find a way to take this apart and disable the light. I'll report back if I'm successful. The good news is that this mount is identical to another one I have except for the magnet charging section. I'm talking it is identical down to the knobs and metal arm so it's generic in that sense. They only changed out the magnetic section. This type of mount holds well to the screen. The charging speed seemed adequate. Not terribly fast but not slow. Wirelessly charging is always slower than plugged in. The supplied USB cable is braided and feels like quality. See attached picture. This mount is not something you'll necessarily want to use every time you drive. Therefore the color ring is annoying.

It's a piece of cake to clamp onto the corner of the Tesla screen and the metal arm matches the interior aesthetics perfectly. The built in cooling fan is a smart design choice that keeps the temperature down during long drives. i can hear the fan if the music is off but it's barely noticeable and definitely worth it for the consistent charging speed. ✨ The RGB lighting adds a subtle glow that makes it easy to find the mount in the dark without being distracting. Having the extendable arm is a big benefit for finding the perfect line of sight without blocking the main touchscreen.     Great design. Love it.
    I have been using this charger for several months now. I think the design is fantastic. I've seen other reviews which question the reliability of it. My experience has been the opposite. I have a folding phone so it's not light. The connection to the dash has remained intact without fail. I am careful when removing the phone. I don't just yank it off. It charges as it should. The magnetic force is what I expected. Holds my phone with no issues or concerns it could fail and drop the phone. It's super convenient to have this integrated design. My dash is already occupied with a portable android auto unit. My 4Runner is older and did not have that feature. Again, this is plastic. Handle it with some care and I don't see anyone having issues with breaking. It has worked out great for me. Recommend.
