Whether you're looking for improved acceleration, better fuel economy, or a more aggressive engine sound, the Takeda Air intake system is the ideal choice for Honda and Acura owners seeking an upgrade. Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5" flange and our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. The one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. Its auxiliary air inlet can be used to bring in additional air from the engine compartment, or can be closed with an included plug. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. An extension harness is included in the kit to accommodate the relocation of the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor seamlessly. Fits perfectly on my 3rd gen Siri Remote. Product feels nice in the hand comes with 2 wrist straps as well for each cover. so far it’s durable easy to put on and doing what it’s supposed to. It glows just fine for those complaining you probably neeed to charge it under a light to activate the glow that’s what I did.
