Innovasil® HP grades are high performance, platinum-cured silicone tubings specifically developed for single use system and high back pressure peristaltic pump application in pharmaceutical industry. They are manufactured in ISO 14644-1 certified ISO class 7 clean room and are available in 70-80 Shore A durometers, thus are ideally suited for single use assemblies, pumping under high back pressure, process filling and sampling applications in bioprocessing. They have very low particle spallation during pumping process, high purity, smoother inner and outter surface, laser-marked, and the most importantly, are studied widely for extractables and leachables either pre or post-sterilization. Innovasil® HP pharmaceutical grades are ideal replacement to imported brands such as Advantapure®, Nalgene®, Tygon®, Sani-Tech® etc., and are fully compatible to peristaltic pumps such as Watson Marlow®, Cole Parmer® etc. Innovasil® HP grades are FDA DMF III registered.
