This book is no exception . . . a page turner...as much a surprising love story as it is a tale of spies."--New York Times Book Review It's London, 1960. The Cold War is at its height, and a spy may be a friend or neighbor, colleague or lover. Two colleagues, Giles Holloway and Simon Callington, face a terrible dilemma over a missing top-secret file. At the end of a suburban garden, in the pouring rain, Simon's wife, Lily, buries a briefcase containing the file deep in the earth. She believes that in doing so she is protecting her family. What she will learn is that no one is immune from betrayal or the devastating consequences of exposure. A master of the literary war novel as seen through the lens of individuals impacted by war's effects, in Exposure, Helen Dunmore pulls back the veneer of 1960's London life to reveal just how the betrayals and paranoia of the Cold War infiltrate even families. This is a propulsive novel of forbidden love and intimate deceptions from one of our finest writers. "Dunmore's strategy, placing a triangle of past and present loves within a spy novel, yields an unexpected dividend...viscerally exciting."--New Yorker "Much like a slick, shape-shifting spook, Exposure is many things at once--an espionage thriller, a forbidden-love story, an immigrant's tale--and it assumes these varied identities with confidence . . . a novel you won't be able to shake."--Entertainment WeeklyBinding Type: Paperback

Very good
Size: 1.1 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Pros:
-very moisturizing for dry skin. Leaves skin glowy AF. Avoid if you’re oily.
-The pigment is great. Doesn’t look orange
-Doesn’t burn eyes at all.
-Rubs in easy
Cons:
-Is kind of greasy. Once it dries, it’s okay but it takes a little while to dry. It’s really not that bad though, especially if you have dry skin and want a super glowy look.
-Smells kind of strong. It doesn’t have that typical coconut, fragranced smell like traditional sunscreens do. It says it’s fragrance free but it does have this distinct sunscreen smell. I don’t mind it, but it is very noticeable.
-The tint doesn’t provide any coverage for blemishes or anything like that. I think it sort of helps balance out skin tone and a bit of texture, but overall it doesn’t provide any coverage.
-It’s on the smaller side. For 18 bucks, It’d be nice to get a larger tube. But I think it’s worth it because the formula is very nice for a drugstore brand.
Overall, very good sunscreen especially for drugstore.

Perfect Daily Sunscreen – No White Cast
Pattern Name: Clear, Pattern Name: Clear
I am very satisfied with this sunscreen. It is transparent, does not leave a white cast, and doesn’t feel greasy on the skin. It absorbs quickly and feels very lightweight. I have used it on both my face and body, and it feels comfortable all day. It’s perfect for daily use because it doesn’t feel heavy, even under makeup. It also provides good sun protection and did not cause any irritation. I would definitely buy it agai

It Does the Job, but I Wasn’t Fully Impressed
Pattern Name: Light
The product does provide sun protection, and the packaging is practical for carrying in a purse or when traveling. Also, the light tint can be useful for anyone looking for a quick and simple option for the face.
However, in my experience, it was not a product that really stood out. The texture and finish may not work the same way for every skin type, and the tint may not look equally natural on everyone. I would not say it is bad, but it did not become one of my favorites.

lawless Protection with a Natural Glow: VGO Tinted Sunscreen Review
Pattern Name: Light
If you’re looking for a sunscreen that protects your skin while giving it a smooth, natural finish, the VGO Tinted Sunscreen is definitely worth trying. This product combines broad-spectrum SPF protection with a light tint that helps even out your skin tone without feeling heavy or greasy.
One of the standout features of this sunscreen is its lightweight texture. It blends easily into the skin, leaving no white cast, which is a common issue with many traditional sunscreens. The tint is subtle and flattering, making it a great choice for daily wear—even on no-makeup days.
It also works well under foundation, acting as a primer that smooths the skin and helps makeup last longer. People with sensitive or acne-prone skin will appreciate that it’s non-comedogenic and gentle, without irritating fragrances or harsh chemicals.
Overall, VGO Tinted Sunscreen offers a perfect balance between sun protection, skincare, and a touch of coverage. Whether you’re heading to the beach or running errands in the city, this multitasking product makes sun safety simple and stylish.
