- Three-section sandwich/salad prep table with 2 solid hinged doors, 2 drawers, and 4 adjustable wire shelves.
- Rear-mounted, self-contained forced-air refrigeration with R134A refrigerant holds food-safe temperatures from 33°F to 41°F.
- Includes 30 clear 1/6-size polycarbonate insert pans plus an 8-inch deep removable white polyethylene cutting board.
- Stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior and stainless steel floor is built for demanding commercial prep use.
- Drawers accept 12 x 20 x 6 Inches pans and alternate smaller pan configurations using divider bars.

Five +++ stars!
Format: Kindle
For any of us who have ever thought ourselves on the journey of reconciliation, this is the book to read. It is uncomfortable at times, challenging, and also encouraging. This book gave me hope for a world of reconciliation, but also a challenge that it takes Us (White people). It takes us recognizing our privilege and not staying silent about that privilege. Often we are told, as White people, that we need to be learning about our own White privilege and teaching each other...but often that seems hard to do when we don’t know what we are doing right or wrong. The fact that this book is out there no longer offers us that excuse. This is the antidote for that, if we are willing to hear it. Michael Eric Dyson is always brilliant...but this book that speaks directly to us (White people), for us, and about us has to be one of my favorites.

Needed this for a law class and it worked great

Love the binding on the side to make it easier to read/access pages. Everything in this book was laid out well and I was able to use it for several semesters of school. It matched up with the professors version at the time and I had no issues.

Absolutely saved my a** in a class (Legal Research) where the book was noted in a syllabus but not listed in the class registration as "required materials". Realized the need after starting an assignment 4 weeks into the semester. The instructor was no help asking if I had noted her announcement in the 3rd week.
Thank you very much for meeting your written commitments especially the time of delivery. Teh price was very reasonable considering the pricing from suppliers such as Pearson or Magraw-Hill. (Prices through suppliers were nearly double and that included nearly triple on the shipping)
