Reissue of their 1982 fourth album Brilliance produced by James Anthony Carmichael (the Commodores). There were two hit singles from the album featured hit singles "Love Me Down" & "Circles.". The album reached #1 on the R&B chart. While never achieving "supergroup" status, Atlantic Starr was one of the most consistently successful "and underrated" soul bands of the 80s, with a basketful of memorable songs that still sound good today. Like many groups formed in the mid-70s, Atlantic Starr was influenced by the self-contained funk bands like Earth Wind & Fire and Kool & the Gang, and the massive initial line-up, consisting of lead singer Sharon Bryant and musicians Cliff Archer, Porter Carroll, Joseph Phillips, Damon Rentie, William Sudderth and brothers Wayne, David and Jonathan Lewis, reflected the times.

Meant for bigger dogs than mine

I bought this for my 10 month old pup who’s a VERY aggressive chewer. I’m going to say this is made for a large, older (than mine) dog. She tried to chew a couple times but eventually just walked away from it when I offered it to her and she had only made a few scratches in it. If you have that bigger dog that’s an aggressive chewer, it would be a good value for your money and will keep the engagement high for a long time with its heavy duty quality.

Finally… a dog chew that doesn’t become a homemade prison shank

For the first time ever, I can relax—no splinters, no pointy edges, no fear he’s secretly crafting a shiv under the couch. Just happy, safe chewing that actually lasts longer than five minutes.
It’s durable, it’s safe, it keeps him busy, and I no longer feel like I’m living with a furry little inmate planning an escape.

Would buy again

Would have given 5 stars, but my dog was able to chew this down pretty quickly, so not the most durable. I do like that this is made with better material than other dog chews, so I would buy again.
