METALLICA - REAL IOWA JAM 1986名盤「MASTER OF PUPPETS」発表後のツアーより１９８６年５月２６日、アイオワ州デモインで行われたアイオワ・ジャムでのステージが高音質完全収録で初登場！
これまで５月２４日ミズーリ州ケープジラード公演のサウンドボード音源が、この日と間違えて出回っていましたが、今回正真正銘のこのフェスティヴァルでのステージをオーディエンス録音ながらマスター・コピーからの収録で待望のリリース！
音質はサウンドボード並みに終始安定したクオリティで収録されており、このツアーからのトップクラスと言えます。
エアロスミスをトリにテッド・ニュージェント、ドッケン、アーマード・セイント等の共演で、彼らの出演は２番目だった為短めのステージでしたが、今とは全く異なるクリフ在籍時のステージがこのクオリティで登場というだけでも見逃せないアイテムです！

Perfect Compact Size and Smooth Efficient Grind
I absolutely love these salt and pepper grinders! They are perfectly-sized, less cumbersome than most 12"+ sized grinders. They're wide enough to hold more than it looks like they hold, which means less refilling required. The grind is smooth and flawless - it usually only takes me one quick single-hand- motion to season my plate. I use pink Himalayan salt, and black peppercorns, and can adjust it easily to suit my or my husband's grind preferences. These grinders are pretty enough to set out on a table for dinner guests, while being quick and efficient for ourselves.

Perfect Salt & Pepper Grinders
Size: 2.5" x 5.1"
Excellent design, size and function, plus they have CLEAR PLASTIC TOPS so you can easily see how much ground salt or pepper you have to sprinkle on your food. After using my first set I knew I needed another set for different combinations of pepper corns in particular. Oh, and they come with an extra set of ceramic grinding wheels (yes, ceramic, not plastic as a few reviewers falsely claim). Very smooth operation and adjustable from fine to coarse sizes. Here's my recommendation for use. First, use quality coarse salt and whole pepper corns. Second, don't grind with lid off over hot steaming food while cooking because the steam will negatively effects the salt and pepper in the grinders, the grind quality you get, and will ultimately clog the grinders. Just grind with lid on until you get the required amount (hence the need for the clear caps), open the caps and sprinkle. Easy peasy... ☺
