This eye-catching Necklace showcases a Chrysocolla-Malachite and Sterling Silver Thunderbird Pendant by Nevada Silversmith Jim Daggett. Chrysocolla-Malachite is a beautiful combination of Chrysocolla, a copper silicate, and Malachite, a copper carbonate, and both are gemstone quality stones. Our stone is from Arizona; it displays a swirling pattern of blue, green and golden brown. It is set on 2 plates of Sterling Silver, with the lower plate oxidized and the upper plate crafted to form the Thunderbird's head, wings and tail feathers. The oxidation brings the patterns into high relief. The Thunderbird is polished to a glossy luster, contrasting beautifully with the patterned stone. The piece drapes from a Sterling Silver Ring Bail, and is etched on the back with the artist's name and "925" (925 Sterling Silver). This is a beautiful and meticulously crafted piece.

We've matched the Thunderbird Pendant with 5 strands of Turquoise Rondelles. The 4mm Rondelles are subtly rounded on all edges, but are similar to high-cut Heishi. The color is striking - a blend of vivid blue and blue-green with golden brown matrix. It harmonizes beautifully with the Chrysocolla-Malachite stone. The Turquoise is paired with 4mm bronze Czechoslovakian Nailheads, 2-by-4mm blue Crystal Discs, 4mm Aqua-Picasso 3-Cut Matubo Glass Cylinders, and turquoise-colored Glass Seed Beads. These elements add translucency and color depth to the design. The stones are highlighted by ten 4-by-6mm Sterling Silver Feather-Print Rondelle Beads, which mirror the Silver tones in the Pendant. Each Sterling Rondelle is flanked by 3mm translucent green Fire Polished Glass Ovals, adding sparkle. The Necklace is finished with turquoise Seed Beads and Sterling Sillver Cones & Toggle Clasp, and adorned with a Southwest Designs Sterling Chram. The piece weighs 76 grams and is 21 inches long plus the Pendant, which is 2-1/2 inches by 1-1/4 inches including the 3/8-inch Ring Bail (when wearing, a vertical length of about 10 inches).

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
