- Five open-pot fryer tanks with 50 lb. oil capacity each.
- Built-in under-fryer filter system helps save valuable floor space.
- 5.5 GPM roller pump with 1/3 HP motor speeds oil filtering and return.
- Computer controls with a matching drain station cabinet, food warmer, and dump pan.
- Stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet for durability and cleanup.
- Includes casters, joiner strips, and a filter starter kit.
- Configured without basket lifts; optional automatic or manual lifts are available separately.
