And then biotinylated Rat CHRM2 Antibody is added and binds to CHRM2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CHRM2 antibody. After incubation unbound

The Rat (CHRM2) Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor M2 ELISA Kit measures Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor M2 in Rat samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Rat CHRM2 antibody. CHRM2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat CHRM2 Antibody is added and binds to CHRM2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CHRM2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rat CHRM2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

How much did I like this pillow? My wife and I both loved it so much that we purchased another one. I think that says it all! The pillow arrives in a large box (king size pillow). It does NOT arrive all flattened and squished in a vacuum bag like some others do. I did place it on my back porch to air out for a while, just because that's what I do with any new bedding. I did not have any issue with scent or odors from either of my pillows. Its clearly well constructed with high quality materials. It comes with a smaller bag of extra stuffing if you want a slightly firmer pillow. We have not used any of the extra stuffing... we think the pillows are perfect as is! When I ordered the first pillow, I thought the price was a bit on the high side. After using it, I had no hesitation purchasing a second. This pillow is well worth the price. If anything, I feel this pillow is a great value at its price. Its not too hard, not too soft. Its the goldilocks pillow! I give this pillow my highest possible recommendation. Its simply a great pillow.
