Stag-O-Lee inaugurates it's Journey to the Centre of the Song series, dedicated to celebrating one song at a time in it's many guises and interpretations, with Taboo. The classic Tabu was written by Margarita Lecuona (also responsible for Babalu, a classic as well), a cousin of the famous Cuban composer and pianist Ernesto Lecuona. Tabu (also recorded as Tabou, Tabu, and Taboo) is a jazz and popular music standard that was first recorded by Cuarteto Machin in 1934 and later made popular by the Lecuona Cuban Boys (included here) and others. The aforementioned guises and interpretations span genres, represented here by Charles Blackwell Orchestra's upbeat surfstrumental shaker, the brassy exotic tones of Tito Rivera & His Cuban Orchestra, the Cumbian island sounds of Cyril Diaz & His Orchestra, Sylvie Mora's silky-smooth popcorn rendition, and versions by The Shangaans, Caterina Valente, and Frankie Trumbauer's Orchestra. Completing the record is Arthur Lyman's crazy voodoo lounge version that evokes visions of palm trees and sun-drenched white sand. Sit back and enter the intoxicating world of... Taboo.

nice chair for the money
This is a great chair for those not wanting to spend a lot of money and well built and sturdy. I don't do gaming so I'm looking at it as a computer chair so that's what my review will focus on. I had no trouble putting it together as it has a nice instruction book and not a one page print out like most China made products. Also the enclosed Allan wrench with a handle was someone's smart idea. It looks good (I also bought it since it was red) it's comfortable and fit's my needs but I can't comment on the durability factor as I have it for just a few days but I have no complaints for the price I paid at this time.

I Recommend!
very comfortable chair ive had it for a while now, it starts to get a faint creaking noise, but nothing unbearable. the cushions are firm yet comfortable at the same time. its not too big of a chair, fits great in my room. for the price , its pretty good quality, same could be said for its reclining, depending on how you set the tension of the reclining, the chair can be reclined with ease, or tight. this chair was easy to use and to set up. I very much recommend.

Great chair at a great price point.
This item was easy to put together, it was comfortable and visually stunning to look at. My toddlers are able to climb in and out as the chair remains stable. It’s simple to recline, and does so smoothly. The quality is great especially for the price point

I'll Take Three!
