Crafty Weka Bars are packed with peanuts, oats and nutrient-rich seeds, and have a good blend of low, medium and high GI carbohydrates for sustained energy. Sesame seeds for calcium and vital minerals including selenium; pumpkin seeds to give you B vitamins for energy; sunflower seeds for vitamin E and a wide range of other nutrients.
