효능효과
발기부전 (erectile dysfunction)의 치료
이 약이 효과적이려면, 성적자극(sexual stimulation)을 필요로 한다. 이 약은 여성에 의한 사용을 그 적응증으로 하지 않는다.
용법용량
성인 남성에서의 사용
이 약의 권장 용량은 10mg이며, 예상되는 성 행위 전에 식사에 상관없이 복용한다.
타다라필 (tadalafil) 10mg이 충분한 효과를 나타내지 않는 환자들에게는 20 mg을 시도하여도 좋다. 이 약은 적어도 성 행위 30 분 전부터 투여할 수 있다.
최대 권장 복용 빈도는 1일 1회이며, 이 약은 개별 포장에서 꺼낸 직후에 바로 혀 위에 놓고, 녹여서 물 없이 복용한다.
