Before & After: Brighter, Whiter Smile in 14 Days
I used these consistently for the full 2-week treatment, and I’m really impressed with the results! As you can see in my before-and-after photo, the difference is very noticeable. The strips were easy to apply and remove, and I typically left them on for 30 minutes each night before rinsing -- they stayed securely in place the whole time and didn’t leave behind any sticky residue, which made them even more comfortable to use.
I have somewhat sensitive teeth, and while I experienced a little extra sensitivity on just a couple of days, it wasn’t too bad and went away quickly. A few days after finishing the kit, I haven’t had any lasting sensitivity issues—and my teeth are still looking just as white. I also really liked the refreshing mint flavor, which made the process feel clean and pleasant. Overall, this kit is a great choice if you want an effective whitening option that’s enamel-safe and easy to use. I’d definitely recommend it for tackling coffee, wine, or tobacco stains.

She doesn’t just offer theory—she provides a practical framework for understanding where we actually live: an interactive field that responds to our thoughts, emotions, and intentions.
This book transformed how I understand God, Source, or consciousness—not as something distant or abstract, but as a living, responsive force we can consciously co-create with. Reading it once felt like only scratching the surface. I can already tell this is a book I’ll be studying for years as I continue to release old materialist programming and step into the co-creative potential of life itself.
This is more than a book—it’s a doorway into a new way of living and relating to reality. In my view, it’s one of the foundational texts for those helping to build what many call the New Earth.

Whew!!! If you want a DEEEEEP dive into Plasma this will keep you busy. I'm not a sciencey kind of learner so this is a bit over my head... but I'm gonna keep at it. Great reference book for beginning to acclimate to the plasma vocabulary.
