With a flex index of 6, it belongs to the medium soft harnesses. Developed with the rider's health in mind, the Jade features an exchangeable Ergo_Pad on the inside. The pad is characterized by its integrated channel, different thicknesses and elevated trigger points on the outside. These prevent lower back injuries, reduce pain and increase comfort. Both pads are included and attached with a very robust velcro. Just try both and go with the one you feel more comfortable with. Flexible side parts and an internal flex belt allow for good mobility. The result is a sound balance between freedom of movement and support through a high outline. The harness comes with a lightweight thanks to the partly Curv construction, non-water absorbent HD_Foam, and the sleek Spectre Bar (Windsurf hook included). Heavy Duty Plates That Rocks
These are very sturdy plates; you don't have to worry about them folding up on you, but you can't put too much on them either, they are small plates. They are 6 inches, but the center of the plate is 4 inches, think one burger bun size. Pretty much Tapas and snacks, these would be excellent for what they were labeled as intended for.....Birthday's, Wedding's, and Office Parties. With a 500 count you definitely would not have to worry about running out. Despite their size these are very durable plates, and you don't have to worry about throwing them in the microwave and scrapping up parts of the plate afterwards for a meal like lasagna which says a lot.
